Ahead of the launch of the Mate 80 series, Huawei has quietly introduced the Enjoy 70X Premium in China. This phone is very similar to the Enjoy 70X, which was introduced earlier this year. However, the premium version offers a new chipset and refreshed color options.
The Huawei Enjoy 70X Premium Edition is powered by an octa-core Kirin 8000 SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. It also supports satellite communications allowing users to send text or image messages when there is no network connection.

It comes with a 6.78-inch AMOLED curved display that offers Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The panel has a pill-shaped cutout at the top for the 8MP front camera and it gets an in-display fingerprint scanner.
On the rear, the Enjoy 70X Premium Edition gets a 50MP primary sensor along with a 2MP depth unit.

The handset has a 6,100mAh battery with 40W wired charging support. It runs HarmonyOS 4.2 out-of-the-box. Other specs of the phone include Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, and dual-band Wi-Fi.
Huawei is offering the Enjoy 70X Premium Edition in Obsidian Black, Sand Gold and Starry Blue color options.
As for pricing, the 8GB/256GB variant can be yours for CNY 1,899 ($265), while the 8GB/512GB option goes for CNY 2,199 ($310). The Enjoy 70X Premium Edition is available for purchase from Huawei’s online Vmall store in China.
