Honor Pad GT2 Pro unveiled with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, 165Hz display | Infinium-tech
Last year, Honor unveiled the pad GT Pro, a gaming tablet, with a 12.3 “144hz OLED display, a Snapdragon 8S General 3 chip and 10,050mAh battery. Now the company has unveiled the sequel, which will be available at the end of this month.
The Honor Pad GT2 Pro leads the screen refresh rate to 165Hz and can actually use it completely as it promises to run Crossfire: Gunfight King On 165fps. The screen resolution is listed as “3K”, but we do not have an exact number (resolution is similar to the original, 3,000 x 1,920px).
This time the new model has more oomphs with Snapdragon 8 gene 3 – no “S”. The benchmark results are more important than the difference in results. The Pad GT2 Pro can be configured with 8/12/11/16GB RAM and 128/56/512GB storage (prices). The tablet also has better cooling with graphine.

The battery capacity is now at 10,100mAh, but there is no word at the charge speed yet (the original did 66W). The new model measures 5.8 mm thick and weighs 580G, which makes it slightly heavier than its predecessor (555G).
Like its predecessor, Pad GT2 Pro 8 IMAX promises immersive audio with increased speakers, as well as a Happy feedback engine.
