Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 in for review | Infinium-tech
This is the Honor MagicPad 2 12.3, which was launched globally not long ago at IFA 2024. This tablet costs €599/£499 and is on sale today and for that you get a great machine with some great multimedia credentials.
The tablet comes with a 66W charger and USB cable, which is already a solid start.
The previous model of this tablet had a 13-inch display, but the MagicPad 2 features an OLED panel with a refresh rate of 144Hz. The panel has great visuals and is very bright, maxing out at 1,600 nits!
To fully unlock the MatePad 2 12.3’s potential, you can equip it with the optional Magic Pencil 3 and Smart Bluetooth Keyboard. Even better, Honor is offering the keyboard, Pencil and Earbuds X6 free with the tablet to those who place their order now.
This is a solid deal that gives you a fully functional package at a reasonable price.
The keyboard is fantastic, with solid key travel and well-spaced keys. It doesn’t have a trackpad, though, and attaches the old-fashioned way — no magnets here.
The Pencil 3 has a latency of 2ms, supports 4096 pressure levels, and attaches magnetically to the top of the tablet, where it also charges wirelessly.
It has a comfortable size and weighs 17.4 grams.
You can order the Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 in white or black starting today, priced at €599/£499. The tablet will start shipping on October 1.
