Honor Magic V5 official renders unveiled, insanely thin at 8.8mm | Infinium-tech

Honor is ready to unveil its magic V5 flagship foldable in China on 2 July and we found a design reveal before the big event. As expected, the device will facilitate a slim profile, measuring 8.8 mm to confirm its latest foldable with respect when folded, which is impressive looking at their major non-foldable, magic 7 Pro, as well as 8.8 mm in thickness.

This will make Magic V5 the thinnest tool of its class. So far there is no word on unfolded dimensions.

Honor shared a series of press images, showing the updated design of the V5. We can see that the device will be introduced in a shiny new gold color with a texture back and hinge.

Magic V5 also packs a huge camera island that appears three sensors – one main, periscope telephoto and an ultravide. Rumors suggests that Honor will choose a 200MP sensor option for periscope modules.

Honor also shared a design video highlighting the look of Magic V5.

According to the latest rumors, the Magic V5 will have an 8 -inch main screen and a 6.45 -inch cover display. The device is also expected to bring a 6,100 mAh battery with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Major version Chipset and 66W charging.
