Honor Magic V5 battery life and charging test results | Infinium-tech
Our Honor Magic V5 Review is coming, and we have already completed many of our in-house tests, including battery life and charging components.
The international version of the Magic V5 is equipped with a trendy silicon-carbon battery, with a capacity of 5,820 mAh (vs. 6,100 mAh Chinese model) and comes with 66W wired charging support. When it comes to endurance, the phone was not disappointed, getting an active use score 11 hours and 52 minutes,
The results put forward the Magic V5 in the form of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Huawei Met X6 and the Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold in the same ballpark. We also see a noticeable step from last year’s Magic V3.
We also tested on the external display, with the main one twisted. V5 scored equal active use for its predecessor, but with various proportions, including noticeable benefits in calls and gaming components.
Proceeding in charging tests, Magic V5 showed some competent speed and completed the full charge 53 minutesThe phone was sitting at 36% after 15 minutes on the charger and reached 67% on the half -hour mark.
These results place the magic V5 to the right behind the major contestants such as Oppo finds N5 and Vivo X Fold3, which rapidly claims 80W and 120W charging support.
