HMD Icon Flip 1 leaks in all its glory | Infinium-tech
HMD is apparently preparing to launch a new flip phone. It will be called the HMD Icon Flip 1, and its specs have leaked today with images that you can see in the X post embedded below.
The phone will have a 2.8-inch main (internal) screen, a 1.7″ external display, a 2 MP fixed-focus camera, and a 1,500 mAh removable battery. As you may have guessed by this point, this isn’t a smartphone – it’s a phone with support for cloud apps. Is a featurephone running on S30+ with.

It has 48MB RAM and 128MB storage and is powered by Unisoc T127 chipset. It supports 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0 and has a 3.5mm headphone jack. HMD Icon Flip 1 will be offered in Magenta, Blue and Glossy Black colors.
Basically it seems like a very slightly updated, spec-wise, version of the Nokia 2660 Flip launching in 2022, but (of course) without the Nokia brand and with the typical HMD bold color scheme (black for those Protector) who can’t stand the pink color of HMDs).
It’s unclear when this new phone will actually launch or how much it will cost, but obviously don’t expect it to be expensive considering what’s on offer here.
