Here’s why Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold7 doesn’t have a bigger battery | Infinium-tech
Yesterday at its grand unpacked event, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Flip 7 and Flip 7 Fee. And while the battery capacity of Flip7 has increased compared to its predecessor, the same cannot be said about fold 7, which has a 4,400 mAh cell similar to fold 6.
If you are wondering why it is, Samsung has an answer, type. Been asked by Malevolent Why the FLIP7 increased in the battery and did not fold 7, the company said that the most Galaxy Z flip series users have demanded, while there were other priorities for fold 7, such as better cameras, a thin and light body and a comprehensive cover screen.
And in fact Samsung has distributed all the points with fold 7, which are eliminating their years of long hibernation in space and finally coming out with a competitive device against their Chinese counterparts – all ways but one, and one, and one, and you guess it, the main method in which it is now lagging is the battery capacity.
But it claims with thinness and lightness, we believe that the high capacity of the battery is not simply possible unless Samsung decides to switch to SI/C battery like all Chinese brands. If it takes that step, it can provide more MAH in the same size, even if the future folds cannot be done, unfortunately may stuck around 4,400 mAh, despite that this generation needs to power two screens to enlarge.
