Global Oppo Reno16 series finally has an official launch date | Infinium-tech
Yesterday, Oppo started teasing the global launch of the Reno16 series in partnership with K-pop girl band BABYMONSTER. Apparently the phones were believed to launch soon, but the actual announcement date was missing.
Now, the company has corrected this and revealed that the Reno16 series will be unveiled on June 25. The devices will launch first in Thailand and Spain, then expand to other markets.

The handset features a new “3D Pop Planet design”, which features “a bold and distinctive aesthetic inspired by cosmic scenes and the idea of each person being a living little planet”.
Oppo overseas CMO Ling Liu said:
As Reno continues to evolve, we are focused on creating smartphones that combine powerful technology with personality and creative expression. The Reno16 series reflects this vision through its distinctive design language and new AI-powered creative experiences. We are also excited to welcome BabyMonster as the new Renault Ambassador as we begin the next chapter of Renault’s global journey.
The global Reno16 and Reno16 Pro will likely be different from the Chinese versions launched in May. How much different it actually is remains to be seen.
