Garmin’s latest health tracker is a smart sleep band connected to your upper arm. Garmin index sleep monitor provides detailed sleep tracking with sleep stages, sleep scores, heart rate variability (HRV) status and respiratory variety. There are no screens or buttons; You just lease the band on your arm before bedtime and it starts collecting data.
The gamin index consists of two parts – a breath made of nylon/spandex content and a removable Pak that consists of sensors.
