Galaxy S26 series may launch on schedule after all | Infinium-tech
Earlier this month, a leak suggested that Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S26 series in late February 2026 and sales will begin in March. However, now a new report claims that the launch could happen soon.
According to a report from South Korea, Samsung has managed to move the date of Galaxy Unpacked to the end of January next year, with sales expected to begin in early February.

Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Plus
The report also reiterates earlier rumors that the Galaxy S26 lineup will include the S26, S26 Plus, and S26 Ultra. The base and Plus variants will be powered by the Exynos 2600 SoC, while the Ultra model will use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra
The Galaxy S26 Edge model has been canceled due to poor sales. According to the report, in the three months after launch, only 1.3 million units of the Galaxy S25 Edge were sold, which is 74% less than the Plus model.
