Galaxy S25 and Pixel 9 rumors, Nothing Phone (2a) Plus is here, Week 31 in review | Infinium-tech
Welcome to your tech roundup of the week. Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Ultra will have more than 12GB of RAM. Samsung’s vice president used the company’s earnings call to say that the Galaxy S25 series will have the best cameras, displays, and chipsets.
Google Pixel 9 rumors have been rife over the past few weeks. This week we got a hands-on video of the Pixel 9 Pro XL and a size comparison with popular phones like the Pixel 8 Pro and Galaxy S24 Ultra. The leaks also detail the phone’s storage, software, and charging. Feature drops are expected by 7 years, but the phones will launch with Android 14, as number 15 is still being finalized.
All phones will start with 128GB of storage, while the Pixel 9 will go up to 256GB, and the Pro will have 256/512GB/1TB. As for RAM, the regular one will get 12GB, while the Pro will have 16GB. Charging will be up to 45W.
There will be no change in the battery, but there will be a change in the amount of memory.
Samsung MX VP said so on a recent earnings call, but didn’t clarify if this was for the entire S25 series or just the Ultra.
The official announcement will come a few weeks from now, but there have been several leaks about it – and this is possibly the most widespread one yet.

The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus comes with a custom Dimensity 7350 Pro chipset, high-res 50MP selfie camera, and 50W charging. This phone will be sold alongside the (2a).
The Tecno Camon 30S Pro was also announced, and it is the first phone with the Helio G100 chipset and the first Tecno phone with wireless charging. Tecno has not revealed its price yet.
The phone also supports 45W wired charging.
Just like the upcoming Nothing Phone (2a) Plus.
