The Samsung Galaxy S10 and Note10 series are a far cry from the current models, but many are still making a splash in 2024. First released in 2019, Samsung has not abandoned them and is still releasing updates. However, recently a major problem arose for some users.

Galaxy S10 and Note10 users are reporting bootlooping after update

The latest software update for Galaxy S10 and Note10 phones caused the bootloop issue for many users. The number of reports on Reddit is increasing, and people are attempting to investigate the root cause. So far, information is scarce, but it is believed to be related to the SmartThings framework.

Unfortunately, the only solution is a full factory reset. And since you can’t boot into Android, you’ll have to do a factory reset via recovery mode.

As of now, Samsung has not made any official comment on this issue, nor do we know the extent of the problem, but we are likely to get more information about it soon.
