Creative Zen Air SXFI in for review | Infinium-tech

This is the Creative Zen Air SXFI and the name is pretty big. It means this is Creative’s Lite Buds series, and they come with Creative’s Spatial Audio – SXFI.

The Zen Air comes with three sizes of silicone tips, a nice carrying pouch, and a USB-A to USB-C cable.

So what is SXFI? It’s an acronym for Super X-Fi technology, which Creative says recreates the depth, detail and soundstage of a multi-speaker system using computational audio. You can download the SXFI app to create a spatial audio profile specifically for you and then use it through the Creative app.

Case

The Creative Zen Air SXFI supports Bluetooth 5.3 and has all the bells and whistles. You get active noise cancellation, ambient mode, 10mm neodymium drivers, and triple mics. The buds are also IPX5 rated to withstand low-pressure water, so you won’t have any trouble in the rain and you shouldn’t have to worry about sweating during workouts.

Finally, you get 39 hours of battery life with this case and multipoint connection with two devices – which is a great feature to have in the office!
