We got to play with a new Minipc for review, friends. It is Belink Ser9 Pro, and for approximately $ 600/€ 700, it is equipped with a powerful processor, load of RAM, two m.2 slots for storage expansion, two speakers, four microphones and many ports.

The Belinks ship the SER9 Pro in a small box with a Belink Mini-PC, a chunky 120W power adapter and an HDMI cable.

Ser9 Pro in a single configuration with AMD’s 45W, 4Nm ryzen 7 h 255 and 32GB soldered LPDDR5X RAM (4x8GB, 6400mt/s). The CPU has 8 core and 16 thread and 4.9GHz peak clock speed. The SoC packs Radeon 780m IGPU with 12 compute units, 768 shades and clock speeds up to 2.6GHz. There is no built -in NPU, so AI functions are controlled by the CPU and not accelerated.

In specific Belink Fashion, you have received a great selection of ports. The upfront are four microphones, two 10GBPS USB ports (one Type-C, One Type-A), and 3.5 mm audio jack. Around the back, DC is for electricity, a 40GBPS USB-C port, one HDMI (up to 4K on 240Hz), another 3.5 mm audio port, one 10GBPS USB-A and two 480Mbps USB-A ports, a display 1.4 (4k@240Hz), and 2.5G LAN Port.

If you need more storage, an SD card reader and some more USB ports, then the Mate is SE Dock, especially designed for Ser 9 Pro Mini-PC. It is an 80GBPS-competent doc that shipped with a two-inch-perfect USB-C to USB-C cables.

Two USB cables are specifically designed to adjust the dock, depending on your choice, at the top or under the Ser9 Pro Mini-PC.

Dock has 300MB/SD 4.0 card slot, two 10GBPS USB-A port, 2.5G LAN port and two USB-C ports, one of which is dedicated to mini-PC connections.

Given that you lose two of the USB-C port available to connect Met SE to mini-PC, we cannot say that we are absolutely happy with the number of Type-C ports. You are technically on the dock at an 80GBPS USB-C, and a 10GBPS USB-C port on Mini-PC. In contrast, you get six USB-A ports in total. In 2025, we will prefer more USB-C ports than the USB-A port.

There are two pcie 4.0 m.2 slots inside the dock, which you can fill up to 16TB SSD storage, or 8TB per slot. There is also a fan for active cooling in the dock.
