Apple’s hardware SVP Johny Srouji says he’s not going anywhere | Infinium-tech
A few days ago it was revealed that several high-ranking Apple executives were either retiring or leaving the company altogether, and a recent report It was suggested that the company’s hardware chief, Johnny Sruzzi, be the next person to go.
However, thankfully for Apple, this is not the case. Sarouji isn’t going anywhere, and he confirmed it himself in a leaked internal memo that you can read in full below:
I know you’ve been reading all kinds of rumors and speculation about my future at Apple, and I think you need to hear it directly from me. I’m proud of the amazing technologies we build into all Apple products, across displays, cameras, sensors, silicon, batteries, and a very broad set of technologies. Together we enable the world’s best products. I love my team, and I love my job at Apple, and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.
So while Apple is losing a number of executives, Srouji won’t be one of them. At least not yet.
