Apple watchOS 26.2 released with refined Sleep Score classifications | Infinium-tech
Apple has released watchOS 26.2, which comes with a refined sleep score classification and an updated score range.
The updated Sleep Score classification with the new score ranges looks like this: very low (0-40), low (41-60), fair (61-80), high (81-95), and very high (96-100).

In addition to the new Sleep Score classification, watchOS 26.2 comes with “Advanced Safety Alerts”, which can notify users about imminent threats such as natural disasters, floods, and other emergencies. The alert will include “rich information such as maps of affected areas and links to additional safety guidance,” which is only available in the US.
watchOS 26.2 also comes with bug fixes, including a fix for an issue in the Music app that would sometimes prevent it from skipping ahead to the next song.
