A new affordable smartphone brand is coming to India | Infinium-tech
According to a new rumor, a new smartphone brand will be launched in India in the near future. This won’t be a new company, but it is actually expanding into the Fire-Bolt smartphone market.
Fire-Bolt had 9.7% share of the Indian smartwatch market in 2025, and now it wants to take on the big players in the smartphone sector with its ‘cheap and reliable’ formula. The devices will be sold under the Bolt brand (Fire will remain exclusively for wearables).

Initially there will be not just one smartphone but two or three smartphones. All of them will be powered by Unisoc chips, and all of them will reportedly be priced under INR 20,000 ($211). Apparently we’re likely to see an unveiling of any of these next month at the earliest.
It’s unclear what we should expect from these devices, but Fire-Bolt already has the logistics and distribution channels in place from its wearables business, so it should be able to launch the new brand without any hassle. We’ll let you know when we hear more.
