This year’s Google hardware event, “Made by Google,” is going to be a very crowded one. Perhaps even more crowded than Samsung’s Unpacked event last month (no pun intended). That’s because Google is going to announce not two, but four standalone Pixel smartphones, along with its next-generation Pixel smartwatch and TWS Pixel Buds Pro 2.

The event will start on August 14 at 5:00 PM CET.

The four Pixel smartphones in question are the compact, vanilla Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro XL, and the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. The Pixel 9 Pro XL is arguably one of the most interesting devices, given that Google has stuck with the dual-flagship scheme for the past few years, so a top-tier Pixel smartphone is going to be an interesting development.

The Pixel 9 Pro Fold is also a much-anticipated foldable handset. Many hope it will rectify the mistakes of its previous model, which was received with mixed feelings to say the least.

The Pixel Watch 3 will likely come with a better display and UWB support, making it a first in the Android smartwatch segment. However, the rumors so far have not promised any improvements in performance or battery life.

With these extensive leaks across all devices, we hope Google has been able to keep some surprises.
