Powering the Vivo T5 Pro is a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC, paired with 12GB of RAM. The smartphone packs up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage and boots Android 16-based OriginOS 6. It will receive three generations of OS upgrades and security updates for five years.

T5 Pro also has 7000mm2 Vapor chamber cooling system under the hood, up to 120 fps gameplay support with Vivo ads. Other gaming features include an independent gaming antenna, Ultra Game Mode, and 4D game vibration.
On the front, the Vivo T5 Pro sports a 6.83″ 144Hz AMOLED display with 2,800×1,260-pixel resolution, 5,000 nits local peak brightness, and HDR10+ support. The display also features an optical fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication and a centered punch hole for a 32MP selfie camera.

There is a dual-camera setup at the back, consisting of a 50MP primary (Sony IMX882, OIS) and a 2MP Bokeh unit. However, it is worth noting that both the selfie and primary cameras can record 4K videos.

Other highlights of the Vivo T5 Pro include dual stereo speakers, IP68 and IP69 ratings, wet and greasy-hand touch support for the display, and one-tap water and dust ejection.
