vivo is working on a vlogging camera to compete with the DJI Osmo Pocket line | Infinium-tech
DJI’s Osmo Pocket 3, which was launched in 2023, has been an incredible hit among vloggers and YouTubers due to its good video recording quality, gimbal stabilization, and pocketable form factor. DJI is expected to come out with a much-awaited successor any day now, but in the meantime it looks like it’s getting some new competition.
Vivo has confirmed to Chinese media outlets that it is working on its own vlogging camera. This smartphone will compete with the upcoming DJI Osmo Pocket 4 using Vivo’s experience with cameras. Of course, it will be compact, but unfortunately no other details are known about it yet.

Vivo started the project late last year, and the camera should be released before the end of this year.
