Poco Pad 5G’s launch date confirmed | Infinium-tech
The Poco Pad, launched in May, doesn’t have cellular connectivity, but Poco today announced it will unveil a 5G variant in India on August 23 at noon local time.

The image shared by Poco on X has confirmed that the Poco Pad 5G will have stylus and keyboard support, which will likely be sold separately. Meanwhile, Flipkart’s Poco Pad 5G is also set to launch in India soon. Promo Page revealed on its website that the Poco Pad 5G will feature a 12.1″ 120Hz screen with 600 nits of brightness — the same as the Wi-Fi-only model introduced in May.

It’s unclear if the Poco Pad 5G will just be a Poco Pad with 5G support or a separate tablet, as the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip in the Poco Pad supports 5G connectivity. We’ll find out next Friday. In the meantime, you can read our review of the Poco Pad Wi-Fi model to know more about it.
