Vivo launched the first member of the S1 family in July of 2019, and the last one was the S1 Prime which arrived in August of 2020. After six years, the S series is going to be revived for India in 2026, according to a new rumor from a tipster at X.

Vivo is reportedly preparing a full line of S2 devices, though it’s unclear how many there will be. No details of any of these have been leaked. The only other detail revealed today is that the S2 handsets will be “mid-price bucket smartphones.” It’s not much, but hopefully more information will be leaked soon.
