Apple has just announced when its annual Worldwide Developers Conference 2026 is taking place: June 8-12. Traditionally, the first day is Apple’s big speech, during which it introduces the next version of its operating system.
So, on June 8, Apple will probably unveil iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27, etc. Of course, as always, these new OS versions are only expected to arrive during the fall.
From June 8th until their release, they will be in beta for both developers and the general public. Since Apple introduced a major redesign last year, it’s now expected to refine the liquid glass look, not completely redesign it.
iOS 27 and iPadOS 27 may mark the debut of Gemini inside Siri – the much-delayed Smart Siri we’ve been waiting for all these years. Exciting times ahead.
