Tecno has grown exponentially in the last few years and now it is aiming to expand its portfolio beyond smartphones with the upcoming Tecno Pad. Images and specifications of the upcoming budget Android tablet have surfaced. Nigeria Android Arena We get a solid glimpse of what to expect.
The Tecno Pad will feature a 10.1-inch LCD display with a resolution of HD+ (800 x 1,280 pixels). The tablet will also feature a 5MP front-facing camera and dual speakers. Tecno will offer its tablet in both Wi-Fi and LTE trims and it will be powered by MediaTek’s Helio G80 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM and 128/256GB of storage.

The back of the slate has a 13MP camera paired with an LED flash. It also packs a 7,000 mAh battery with 18W wired charging and runs on Android 14. The new leak also confirms Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity, a USB-C port, and a headphone jack.
Tecno Pad in Grey and Gold
The listed dimensions for the device are 240.7 x 159.5 x 7.35mm and it will be available in Grey and Gold colours. The Tecno Pad is expected to launch in the coming weeks.
