The Motorola Signature gets a surprise price hike to €1,300 in Finland | Infinium-tech
If you were planning to buy the Motorola Signature, you can try doing so now – the phone was originally priced at €1,000 in the EU, but its price unexpectedly rose to €1,300 in Finland just before launch.
It’s not clear exactly what happened – Motorola contacted local publication finland mobile Asked to inform them about the price increase, but did not give any reason why this change was necessary at the last minute. The launch package includes a free Moto Watch and Moto Buds Loop, worth €228 (but that’s not enough to make up for the €300 price increase).

Motorola Finland is now showing a price of €1,300 for the Signature
The good news is that the phone still appears to be priced at €1,000 in most of the other euro markets we checked: France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Spain. However, Motorola Italy is showing €1,100.
Note that only Motorola has the phone listed as available in the UK and Ireland, all other stores we’ve mentioned (including the Finnish store) only have “Notify Me” buttons.
The sale of Motorola Signature should start from tomorrow i.e. January 30, as Motorola will stop accepting pre-bookings today. That said, for Nordic countries, Signature is scheduled to launch on February 17th.
For what it’s worth, we found the signature for €1,000 Third-Party Store In Finland, so it’s probably not too late to pick it up at the old price.
