Samsung’s Galaxy XR headset finally lands in the UK | Infinium-tech
After initially launching in Korea and the US, Samsung’s Galaxy XR headset is now finally available in the UK. Samsung online store. It has been available for pre-order there since mid-June.
You can buy it at a recommended retail price of £1,699. For a limited time (which isn’t actually specified in the official press release), purchasing it will also get you an “Explorer Pack” which Samsung says is worth £665.

This includes 12 months of Google AI Pro, YouTube Premium, Google Play Pass, Calm Premium, and Project Pulsar by Adobe, as well as NFL PRO ERA and the Asteroids immersive experience.
The Galaxy XR has a battery life of up to 2.5 hours. It is powered by the Snapdragon XR2+ Gen 2 chipset, and features 4K micro-OLED screens. The Galaxy XR Travel Case and Galaxy XR Controller each cost £249, but you can get them at 30% off until September 30th.
Through August 4, you can save 10% off when you purchase a headset with any Galaxy smartphone, and through September 30, you can save 10% when you purchase any Galaxy Watch or Buds with a Galaxy XR.
