Samsung reportedly tweaked the Galaxy S26’s dimensions | Infinium-tech
It’s been rumored for some time that the ‘vanilla’ Galaxy S26 would be called the Galaxy S26 Pro, but if that was ever the plan, Samsung is now rumored to have abandoned it.
However, interestingly, the Korean company has reportedly changed the dimensions of the device at the last minute. According to a new report, the S26 measures 149.5 x 71.6 x 7.24 mm, and the thickness at the camera bump goes up to 10.44 mm.

The previous dimensions shared with accessory manufacturers were 149.3 x 71.4 x 6.96mm, so the phone has grown a bit in all directions. Hopefully this means a bigger battery will be included, but Samsung doesn’t like big batteries so we’re not holding our collective breath. Compared to the S25, the S26 is now longer, wider and slightly thicker for its price.
The S26 is expected to come with a flat screen, three rear cameras using the new design, where they will be sitting on top of an oval-shaped island, and of course all the buttons on the right side of the frame. Like the rest of the family, the S26 is likely to use both an Exynos 2600 SoC and a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, depending on the market.
