The Redmi Note 15 Special Edition comes in three color options, including an exclusive Crimson Reserve variant that features a faux-leather rear panel. It is also available in Carbon Black and Frosted White options.

It is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset, paired with Adreno 710 GPU. The phone can be configured with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB via a microSD card.
Unlike the 108MP main sensor found on the global variant of the Redmi Note 15 5G, the special edition features a 50MP primary rear camera. It also has a 2MP depth sensor and 20MP front camera.

It features a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with full-HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The panel also supports up to 3,200 nits of peak brightness and a 240Hz touch sampling rate.
The phone has a 5,800mAh battery, similar to the China variant of Redmi Note 15 5G. You get 45W fast charging support. The device runs Android 15-based HyperOS 2.

It also offers an under-display fingerprint scanner, IP55 and IP66 ratings, MIL-STD-810H certification, an infrared sensor, and stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support. For connectivity, the Note 15 Special Edition offers dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, 5G, and dual 4G VoLTE.
