Redmi K Pad 2 debuts with 8.8-inch screen, Dimensity 9500 SoC | Infinium-tech
Along with the K90 Max smartphone, Redmi also unveiled the K Pad 2 tablet today. Like its predecessor, it is a mini tablet with very high performance.
It is powered by the Dimensity 9500, which is MediaTek’s current top dog. It is paired with 8/12/16GB RAM and 256/512GB storage. The tablet features an 8.8-inch 3008×1880 LCD screen with a 165Hz refresh rate, 1,100-nit peak brightness, and Gorilla Glass 5 on top.

There is a 13MP camera on the back, and on the front you get an 8MP snapper. The Redmi K Pad 2 packs a 9,100 mAh battery that supports 67W wired and 22.5W reverse wired charging. It runs on Xiaomi’s HyperOS 3.

The K Pad 2 is priced at CNY 3,399 ($498) with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, CNY 3,799 ($557) with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, and CNY 4,799 ($703) with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. It has been introduced in Deep Black, Space Silver and Electric Violet.
