Oppo’s rebranding game reaches new heights as Reno15 Pro Max and Reno15 Pro Mini are both confirmed | Infinium-tech
Oppo launched the Reno15 and Reno15 Pro in China in November, and their global releases are undoubtedly coming soon, but which device you’ll get with which name depends largely on where you’re located.
The supported devices list on Google Play Console now has two listings for the Reno15 Pro 5G with model numbers CPH2811 and CPH2813. So far so good, these are probably regional versions. But here’s a twist: the CPH2811 will also be known as the oft-rumored Reno15 Pro Max 5G in some places, while the CPH2813 will also be sold as the Reno15 Pro Mini 5G in other parts of the world.

This is rebranding taken to a whole new level, and honestly, we don’t really know what to expect here. To add insult to injury, there is another Reno phone with model number CPH2801 in the Google Play Console’s supported device list, which has at least four different names associated with it, again, possibly depending on the market.

This is the Reno15 C 5G, but also the Reno15 F 5G, and the Reno15 A, and the Reno15 FS 5G. All devices are exactly the same, remember – model numbers don’t lie. So if you’re more confused than ever by Oppo’s Reno15 lineup, you’re not alone – we are, too.
