OnePlus Pad 4 debuts with a 13.2-inch display, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC | Infinium-tech
The OnePlus Pad 4 has been launched in India as the successor to the OnePlus Pad 3, which made its debut in the country in September 2025.
The latest flagship Android tablet from OnePlus comes with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The tablet features a metal unibody design and measures 5.94 mm in thickness, while it weighs 672 grams.

It features a large 13.2-inch LCD display that offers a 144Hz refresh rate, 3,392 x 2,400-pixel resolution, 540Hz touch sampling rate, and up to 1,000 nits in high-brightness mode. The screen has a 7:5 aspect ratio and 12-bit color depth.
Underneath Pad 4 is a large 45,260 mm2 vapor chamber which is claimed to improve heat dissipation under load.

The tablet packs a large 13,380mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging.
On the back you will find a 13MP main rear camera with LED flash. The tablet comes with an 8MP front camera for selfies and video calling.

The OnePlus Pad 4 runs Android 16-based OxygenOS 16 and offers a number of features like seamless sync and the ability to run up to 5 windows simultaneously.
It has 8 speakers, dual microphone, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, 5G sharing and a USB Type-C port. Official accessories include the OnePlus Stylus Pro and Smart Keyboard.
The tablet is offered in Dune Glow and Sage Mist color options. Its sale will start from May 5 on OnePlus India’s official online store, Amazon India, Flipkart and offline retail stores.
As for pricing, the OnePlus Pad 4 starts at Rs 59,999 ($630) for the 8GB/256GB option, while the 12GB/512GB variant can be yours for Rs 64,999 ($685).
