In terms of design, the Z60S Pro is inspired by vintage cameras with its huge camera island and red accents. It has a 35mm main camera with a new 50MP sensor, as well as an 8MP telephoto lens (80mm) and a 50MP ultrawide module (13mm). It also has several AI features including Magic Eraser, Star Sky Algorithm, and 65:24 ultra-wide cinema format.

Our review unit is in classic black, with a texturised back cover and a red power button.

The retail package is surprisingly rich for 2024. You get an 80W charging brick and a bright red USB-C cable along with a semi-transparent case with a frosted finish and Nubia branding.

The rest of the spec sheet includes the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 AC chipset also known as the “for Galaxy Edition” which features overclocked main CPU cores and GPU. This is paired with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. You also get a 5,100 mAh battery and we will be sure to test its stamina thoroughly.

With a starting price of $569/€669/£569 ($70/€70/£70 off with code:PRO70), Nubia’s Z60S Pro is an interesting proposition in the midrange segment. Keep an eye on our homepage in the coming weeks to find out if it can really live up to the promises of its specs sheet.
