The upcoming Samsung Galaxy A06 will reportedly use the same chipset as the A05 and now that Evan Blass has posted the first photos of the A06, it appears that it will use the same design.

The Galaxy A06 is shown here in silver and black. It has the same pinstripe pattern as its predecessor, and not a solid colour back as shown in a 3D render from July.

For comparison, here are photos of the silver and black Galaxy A05:

Based on data from Geekbench, the Galaxy A06 will use the Helio G85 chipset like its predecessor, which means the cheapest A-series model will stick to 4G for now. It will have 6GB of RAM, although a 4GB option is still very likely. The 6.7-inch display is expected to stay at HD+ resolution. The phone should have a 5,000mAh battery with 15W (possibly 25W) charging. A possible upgrade this year is the addition of a side-mounted fingerprint reader.
