Honor partners with world record holding marathon runner Sebastian Sawe | Infinium-tech
Today Honor has announced that it is partnering with Kenyan marathon runner Sebastian Savay, who currently holds the world record in the marathon in under two hours (1:59:30 to be exact). Saave will be the newest brand ambassador of Honor.
Honor refers to him as its “Global Chief Running Partner”. Maybe he should be “Global Head” human being Running Partner”, however, seeing as how the company’s D1 humanoid robot recently broke the human half-marathon record?
Anyway, “Borders are meant to be broken,” says Honor, subtly teasing exciting things to come in the future. The company is going to launch a robot phone later this year, and will undoubtedly also continue to develop humanoid robot technology.
