Honor Magic9 to sport a bigger battery than the OnePlus 15T while being a similar size | Infinium-tech
According to a new rumor from China, Honor is currently testing the upcoming Magic9 with a 6.36-inch flat OLED screen and a battery capacity of around 8,000 mAh. The phone will also have a periscope telephoto camera, ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor and support for wireless charging.
If it’s successful, the Magic9 will be smaller than its predecessor, and it will also pack the largest battery of any similarly sized phone to date. It will steal that crown from the soon-to-be-unveiled OnePlus 15T, which is slated to sport a 7,500 mAh battery in a similar-sized package.

It’s still unclear when we should expect the Honor Magic9 to launch (no doubt alongside the Magic9 Pro), but, for context, note that the Magic8 and Magic8 Pro were made official in mid-October. So it is certain that we are still several months away from the introduction of their successors.
