HMD Vibe 2 5G goes official with a 6.75-inch screen, 6,000mAh battery | Infinium-tech
After several teasers, HMD has officially launched the Vibe 2 5G in India. The smartphone comes as the successor to the HMD Vibe, which debuted in September 2025, and brings a number of upgrades, including a larger battery.
The Vibe 2 5G features a 6.75-inch LCD display that offers HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz.

It is powered by the Unisoc T8200 chipset, paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The phone offers a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 1TB.
In terms of optics, the handset gets a 50MP primary rear camera and an auxiliary lens whose details have not been revealed. The phone has an 8MP camera for selfie.

The HMD Vibe 2 5G packs a 6,000mAh battery, but it only supports 18W wired charging. It runs Android 16 out-of-the-box and will get 2 years of security patches.
You also get a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and an IP64 rating. It comes with 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and USB Type-C connectivity options.
HMD is offering the Vibe 2 5G in Cosmic Lavender, Nordic Blue, and Peach Pink color options.
As for the pricing, the base model with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage will cost you INR 10,999 ($115). Meanwhile, the 4GB/128GB variant is priced at ₹11,999 ($125). The phone will be available for purchase via Flipkart on May 26.
