The platform stability reached the milestone with Android 16 Beta 3 which came in mid -March. To fix any remaining issues, another beta is expected at the end of this month and we should see a stable release soon. For example, the pixel should receive it by the end of June.

Android 16 release roadmap

Google phones are not the only ones that will get Android 16 quickly – Xiaomi issued a developer preview last week for Xiaomi 15 and 14T Pro, OnePlus already has several sons for OnePlus 13.

Samsung’s efforts on a UI 8/Android 16 recently leaked, but you have probably noticed that a UI 7/Android 15 has proved to be a major headache for the company. A-series models such as the Galaxy S25 series and the Galaxy A56 run it out of the box. But the year old Galaxy S24 fled to updated issues and had to be stopped. The old S-series phone is not yet a smell of Android 15.

After the major release in Q2, new facilities and adaptation are planned for Q4.
