Many leaks and rumors have surfaced regarding Vivo X300 Ultra. It is expected to offer better cameras including dual 200MP rear sensors. Now, a tipster has revealed new details about the Ultra’s camera and design.
According to the Weibo tipster, the Vivo X300 Ultra is the heaviest of all the Ultra-branded smartphones currently available, which is a result of Vivo’s use of high-quality components and premium hardware.

The handset is said to feature a new Zeiss coating that reportedly gives a significant boost to night photography. It is also expected to debut a redesigned telephoto lens assembly. Previous leaks have suggested the inclusion of a new 200MP periscope telephoto camera on the Ultra.
Vivo is expected to unveil the X300 Ultra in China in March, with the tipster predicting that the device could generate sales of over CNY 200 million. A global launch of the phone is also expected.
In the camera department, the Vivo X300 Ultra is rumored to have dual 200MP rear cameras, a larger ultrawide camera, and a 5MP multispectral sensor. The phone is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 Elite SoC and is expected to have a 7,000mAh or larger battery. It is being said that it will have a 6.82 inch BOE LTPO display.
