Vivo is finally fully unveiling the X300 Ultra alongside the
As you can see in the screenshot below, it achieved a single-core score of 3,722 and a multi-core score of 11,621. It is of course powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, and it is paired with 16GB of RAM. The phone naturally runs Android 16, with Vivo’s OriginOS 6 on top.

None of this is a surprise, but it’s still good to see confirmation. The phone has already been officially confirmed to have a 200MP main camera using Sony’s 1/1.12″ type LiTea 901 sensor, 35mm focal length, f/1.85 aperture and CIPA 6.5 stabilization, 200MP using Samsung’s 1/1.4″ Isocell HP0 sensor with 85mm focal length, f/2.67 aperture There will be a periscope telephoto camera. 50MP ultrawide using Sony’s Lytia 818 1/1.28″ type sensor with 3° OIS, and CIPA 7.0 stabilization, and 14mm focal length, f/2.0 aperture, 2° OIS, and CIPA 6.0 stabilization.
There will also be two teleconverter kits on offer, one 200mm and the other 400mm, and Vivo aims to position the X300 Ultra as the only camera you’ll ever need. We can’t wait to get our hands on it for a full review, stay tuned.
