vivo V40e arrives with sleek design and Dimensity 7300 | Infinium-tech
As expected, Vivo today announced its V40e in India. The new device follows the design language of the V40 and V40 Pro with a curved 6.67-inch OLED screen and a dual-camera setup at the back with Vivo’s Aura Light portrait system.

The V40e is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM and 128/256GB of storage that doesn’t support expansion.
The display has an FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 4,500 nits of peak brightness. You also get a 50MP selfie camera with eye autofocus.
On the back there is a 50MP (IMX882) main camera with OIS and an 8MP ultrawide lens.
On the software front, there is FuntouchOS 14 based on Android 14 and Vivo promises 3 years of Android version updates and 4 years of security patches. The spec sheet includes a 5,500mAh battery with 80W fast charging.
Vivo V40e is available in Mint Green and Royal Bronze colours. Its price in India starts at Rs 1,999. Rs. 28,999 ($347) Goes up to 8/128GB trim and above Rs. 30,999 ($370) For the 8/256GB version.
The V40e is already up for pre-order from Vivo’s online store and partner retailers. The open sale is scheduled for October 2.
