In late 2022, the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) announced a new structure for its club competitions for the 2024–2025 season, with three leagues: the AFC Champions League Elite, the AFC Champions League Two, and the AFC Women’s Champions League.

TECNO, known for its smartphones, laptops and other electronics, was recently announced as the official global supporter for the three leagues. This will help it spread awareness of its brand across the continent as it expands into new markets.

AFC club competitions have a huge global television audience – almost 1 billion viewers! – and this partnership will help the tech brand connect with fans around the world. TECNO believes that sports and technology together can inspire people to achieve their dreams.

Previously, Tecno sponsored the 34th Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) and committed to renovate 100 football fields across the continent over the next five years. With the AFC partnership, it hopes to bring the “Stop at Nothing” spirit of the competition to old and new fans.
