Realme GT 6T review – GSMArena.com tests | Infinium-tech

Introduction

The Realme GT 6 and GT 6T mark the return of the GT series to international markets (and especially India) after a gap of over two years. The 6T is the first ‘T’ model in the GT series’ non-Neo lineup, where the ‘T’ stands for “Top Performer”. Despite that name, the 6T is actually a bit below the regular GT 6 in terms of specs. Still, with the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3, we’d say the GT 6T deserves its title.

Realme GT 6T Review

The Realme GT 6T definitely falls into the category of a modern “flagship killer”. Realme has been particularly aggressive with the pricing of the 6T. In Europe, the phone should be priced at €550, but it had a starting price of €400. Also, Realme is working hard on an ongoing partnership with Amazon that includes price promos.

The Realme GT 6T is essentially the same as the GT Neo6 SE, but features 120W charging. Even better, it looks like Realme is offering a free 120W charger in the box with the GT 6T, which costs €30 in most markets, and a free pair of Realme Buds Air 6 (€70). This applies to the 8/256GB model.

Unboxing

Our Realme GT 6T review unit arrived without any box or accessories. However, we did get a chance to spend some time with an Indian unit in May. That phone came in a black two-piece cardboard box.

Typically, the phone comes with a 120W SuperVOOC GaN charger in the box. Apart from this, there is also a charging cable, a protective case for the phone, and a SIM ejector tool.
