OnePlus has announced a new Apex Edition of its OnePlus Open, featuring a Crimson Shadow colorway with a faux leather back. In addition to the new color, the Apex Edition exclusively comes with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, and has a revised alert slider with a texturized finish and orange accent color.

The updated slider now supports VIP mode, which lets you go into incognito mode by turning off the camera, microphone, and location by placing the slider at its top position. OnePlus says this is achieved through “chip-level encryption and privacy.”

Retail price of OnePlus Apex Edition $1,900 Its price in the US will be announced on August 27, while its price in the European market will be announced on August 27.
