The Nothing phone (4A) has run the Geekbench AI benchmark today. The phone has model number A069, runs Android 16, and the prototype running the benchmarks has 12GB of RAM, though we believe a smaller amount of memory will also be offered.
Benchmark runs have revealed that the Nothing Phone (4a) is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC. According to previous rumors, the Phone (4a) will launch alongside the Phone (4a) Pro in early March.

At least one of them will use UFS 3.1 storage, up from UFS 2.2 on the Nothing Phone (3A) and Nothing Phone (3A) Pro. The new models will be available in black, white, pink, yellow and blue.
