Lenovo is expected to announce the 5th generation Lenovo Y700 gaming tablet next month and the company has started teasing the device on Weibo. Got a tip immediately after the teaser digital chat stationMore details revealed.

The official poster on Weibo confirms an 8.8-inch display with 3040 x 1904px resolution, 165Hz refresh rate, 2640Hz touch sampling rate for faster response while gaming, 800 nits maximum brightness, and 12-bit color depth. It will probably have the same display as last year’s model.
And even though the poster doesn’t say anything about the display technology, it’s probably safe to assume that it will be LCD as confirmed by the Weibo tipster.
moreover, digital chat station The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and 68W charging are listed as part of the spec sheet. The base memory option offers 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, but better 16GB/512GB and even 24GB/1TB options will be available.
The battery capacity will be 9,000 mAh, which is a significant upgrade compared to the previous model with 7,600 mAh.
