Latest Windows 11 Insiders update brings iPhone integration to the Start menu | Infinium-tech
Microsoft is testing a new addition to the windows interiors in Dev and beta channels, offering better integration to the iPhone users. The new addition adds a side panel to the start menu, allowing you to see the status, messages and calls of your iPhone quickly, as well as a quick togal for file transfer. These features were already implemented for Android users, so it is good to see them coming in iOS.
Iphone Access directly from Start menu (Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 4805)
New features are gradually rolling for Windows 11 users, who are running the latest Insider preview buildings in beta channel 4805 or more and also require phone link version 1.24121.30.0 or higher. Connected PCs should take Bluetooth to work and support an active Microsoft account. Microsoft is expected to bring this new facility to regular Windows 11 build in the coming months.
