iQOO Z11’s chipset surfaces through benchmark | Infinium-tech
In iQOO’s Z11 series, the Z11 Turbo and Z11x are already official, and the brand is now also getting ready to unveil the vanilla Z11 model, which we saw in an official image last week.
Now, the iQOO Z11 has reportedly been spotted on Geekbench with model number V2551A. As you can see in the screenshot below, it achieved a single-core score of 1,717 and a multi-core score of 6,795.

This benchmark run also revealed that the Z11 is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 8500 SoC, which is paired with 16GB of RAM in this specific prototype – though we believe more options will be offered. When launched the phone will surprisingly run on Android 16 with OriginOS 6 on top.
The iQOO Z11 is expected to feature a 6.83-inch OLED screen with “1.5K” resolution and 165Hz refresh rate, up to 512GB of storage, and a 9,020 mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging.
