iPhone 17 Pro’s shocking design detailed | Infinium-tech
You might have expected the iPhone 17 Air to be the most talked about device in the family in September with its record thinness, but that may not be the case. Now it seems that Apple is also preparing a significant improvement in the Pro model.
Thus, the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max will return to using aluminum frames, abandoning the titanium experiment after only two generations. However, design setbacks continue. There will apparently be a rectangular camera bump on the back, which will be made of aluminum instead of glass.

But wait, there’s more! The back will be made of aluminum on top and glass on the bottom, so there will actually be an aluminum camera hump on the aluminum rear panel. The bottom glass will allow Apple to continue supporting wireless charging. The camera bump will also be larger than previous models, but this isn’t really a surprise as this trend has been seen for quite some time.
If it succeeds, it would be the most significant design change to a high-end model from Apple in some years. For what it’s worth, the source of this rumor has a pretty good track record, so it could all be true.
