Huawei sets a product announcement event for February 26 | Infinium-tech
Huawei is hosting its first product launch event of the year on February 26. The event is scheduled to take place in Madrid, Spain and although Huawei has not specified the exact product that will be unveiled at the event, all signs point towards a new smartwatch.
The event’s tagline “The race starts here” and #NowIsYourRun suggest that we’ll see a new sports-focused smartwatch with an emphasis on running. This could be a new addition to its Watch GT Runner series, which has not seen a new entry since 2021’s Watch GT Runner.

huawei announced A strategic partnership with the DSM-Firmenich running team and star marathon runner Eliud Kipchoge last month further stokes rumors of a new running-focused smartwatch. We’ll definitely get more teasers in the days leading up to the event.
