Huawei Mate 80 Pro+ may feature dual periscope cameras | Infinium-tech
The Huawei Mate 80 series is expected to launch in China soon, and leaks have been emerging ahead of the announcement. While previous reports hinted at a redesigned rear camera module, now a new rumor sheds light on the camera specifications of the Mate 80 Pro+.
In a post on Weibo, tipster DCS noted that the Mate 80 Pro+ will feature dual 50MP periscope cameras, one of which will offer a medium focal length and the other a long zoom.
According to the tipster, the phone will also have a 1/1.28-inch 50MP primary sensor with LOFIC technology. Like any early leak, it’s best to take this information with a pinch of salt until Huawei makes it official.
Huawei’s Mate 80 lineup is rumored to feature a new Kirin chipset and 100W fast charging support. It is being said that active cooling fan will also be available in one of these variants. We expect Huawei to share some details about the upcoming phone soon.
